Our pledge
As Switzerland’s premier blockchain ecosystem, CVA joins the Deep Tech Talent Initiative to address the Web 3.0 skills gap. With 850+ individual and 200+ corporate members, we are committed to developing specialized blockchain training through our education working group, annual conference masterclasses, and regional chapters. We pledge to train 500+ professionals annually in critical areas including sustainability/ESG, regulatory/tax/legal frameworks, web3 innovation, decentralized AI, and decentralized fintech, positioning Europe as a leader in sustainable blockchain development.

The Crypto Valley Association (CVA) is Switzerland’s leading blockchain & crypto ecosystem organization, uniting over 850 individual and 200+ corporate members since 2017. As a non-profit dedicated to fostering collaboration, CVA connects top blockchain professionals through 10 working groups, 3 regional chapters, and an annual conference gathering 1,500+ attendees and 60+ speakers. Through our four pillars—Connect, Collaborate, Advocate, and Innovate—we pledge to support the Deep Tech Talent Initiative by shaping the future of blockchain education and training across the global blockchain economy.
