Agentblazer Academy – Albania Edition 2025

The Agentblazer Academy – Albania Edition 2025 is a pioneering initiative designed to empower the next generation of tech professionals in the agentic artificial intelligence (AI) era. Organized by LDA Europe & LDA Digital Solutions and the Salesforce & Slack Community Groups Albania, with support from Salesforce Workforce Development, this free 4-week program aims to equip learners with cutting-edge AI Agentforce skills via Salesforce Trailhead, enabling them to innovate and thrive in a digital workforce.

Purpose and Aims: The academy’s mission is to bridge the gap between education and industry by training participants to build autonomous AI agents, collaborate effectively with AI, and drive value through ethical AI solutions, preparing them for global tech opportunities.

Learner Audience: This course targets a diverse group of 30 aspiring professionals, including students, young professionals, administrators, developers, marketers, and career shifters eager to enter the tech field. No prior AI experience is required, making it accessible to beginners and upskillers alike.

Key Knowledge and Skills: Learners will gain expertise in autonomous agents, human-AI interaction, and ethical AI design.

Overview of Course Syllabus: The syllabus focuses on deep tech elements, including:

Autonomous Agents: Understanding AI agents and their customer relationship management (CRM) applications.
Human-Agent Interaction: Strategies for effective human-AI collaboration.
Building Trusted AI Agents: Designing ethical, transparent AI with bias mitigation.
Agentforce Basics: Hands-on agent creation using Salesforce tools.
AI Ethics: Ensuring accountability and fairness in AI systems.
This curriculum leverages AI to automate tasks and enhance productivity, aligning with deep tech trends.

How the Course is Taught and Assessed: Delivered in a hybrid format, the program combines online sessions (3–4 per week) with in-person meetups in Tirana. Teaching includes hands-on Trailhead challenges and superbadges. Assessment is based on attendance (70%+ required for certification) and performance in practical tasks, ensuring skill mastery.

Practical Information: Spanning 50 hours over 4 weeks, the course launches in September 2025 and is free of charge. Certificates of Achievement are awarded to active participants, with Agentforce Certification vouchers for the top 5. Apply by August 15, 2025, via the online form.
