EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative Pledger, Generation Europe, has recently released its ‘Generation Europe Impact Report 2024-2025’. This year, the report is dedicated to the power of partnerships and collaborations, in creating sustainable career pathways across Europe, and highlighting the many ways Generation’s shared efforts are creating lasting impact across Europe.
To tackle the challenges of unemployment and skills mismatches, Generation has collaborated with public institutions, employers, funders, training providers, and pan-European initiatives, to support and equip nearly 20,000 graduates across Europe with the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed in a changing world of work.
And the numbers speak for themselves:
- 86%of alumni are in paid work 2–5 years after graduation
- 86%can meet their daily financial needs
- 61%are able to save money
- 86%feel confident in their ability to achieve professional goals
The report features impact stories from across Europe, along with examples of how cross-sector collaboration is helping Generation grow reach, relevance, and results.
