On 15–16 October 2025, the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT) hosted the first edition of the EIT Education and Skills Days, uniting four flagship education initiatives in Brussels – including the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative – for a dynamic two-day event that brought together educators, innovators, policymakers, and industry leaders.
They key takeaway from the event as a whole was that education is a lifelong journey and the EIT supports learners at every stage.
What stood out most from EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative’s perspective wasn’t just the numbers, the achievements, or even the plans; it was the spirit of collaboration, the open community of trust, and the shared belief that education, when aligned with innovation and creativity, is Europe’s most powerful tool for transformation.
