Course Description
The general objective of this course is to provide professional skill and hands-on experience in applying the fundamentals of artificial intelligence/machine learning in a variety of biomedical applications.
Participants will gain:
- theoretical knowledge of biomedical system configurations, understanding their possibilities and limitations
 - knowledge of biomedical monitoring and rehabilitation applications
 - skills for the design, implementation, and testing of biomedical systems
 - understanding of biomedical system tuning and optimization, with AI support
 - understanding of biomedical assessment, with AI support
 - specific knowledge of electrophysiological signal acquisition systems, activity monitoring systems, hearing prostheses
 - understanding of AI-based decision support in diagnostics
 - soft skills: collaboration, effective communication, tech savvy
