Full Stack Developer -Genio Level 1

The Full Stack Developer – Genio Level 1 (L1) training program aims to introduce participants to software development through Genio, an generative ai platform based on modeling and artificial intelligence. The course enables learners to build scalable information systems as web applications, making software development accessible beyond traditional programming roles. By the end of the course, participants will have acquired autonomy in developing software using Genio and will possess advanced problem-solving skills, relational modeling knowledge, and the ability to generate fully functional information systems.

Target Audience

Employees from External Companies – Professionals from companies that may become potential clients of Genio or related services. These courses serve as both a revenue stream and an opportunity to showcase Genio’s capabilities, potentially converting these businesses into long-term clients.
University Students – Participants from academic institutions who typically enroll under special conditions through partnerships or agreements. These courses, often provided at reduced or no cost, act as a marketing tool to raise awareness about Genio and develop a new generation of users familiar with the technology.
Independent Participants – Technology enthusiasts looking to expand their skill set on their own initiative. This monetizable segment not only helps grow Genio’s user base but also serves as a valuable source of feedback and innovation.
Startups and Junior Enterprises – Early-stage businesses and student-led enterprises seeking practical and accessible training in Genio. While these courses generate revenue, fixed-rate agreements may be negotiated, taking into account a minimum training fee (at least 3%) based on the business model of this segment.
There are no prerequisites for enrollment, but prior knowledge of logical thinking, relational modeling, and SQL is advantageous.

Course Structure and Syllabus

The course is divided into 8 modules covering fundamental to advanced topics:

Introduction to Genio (4h) – Overview of Genio, relational modeling, and best practices.
Practicing with Genio (4h) – Project creation, database management, and debugging techniques.
Tables (6h) – Implementing relational models, business rules, and database fields.
Forms (2h) – Creating and customizing forms with different field types.
Menus (2h) – Structuring menus, data import/export, and access levels.
Formulas and Functions (4h) – Applying formulas, display/write conditions, and data filters.
System Customization (2h) – Modifying colors, layouts, and interface design.
Final Project (16h) – Practical application of learned concepts through a project.
The deep tech aspect of this course lies in model-driven development, database structuring, interface design, and automation through low-code programming.

Practical Information

Duration with trainer-guidance: 40 hours (5 days, 8 hours/day).
Format: In-person (Lisbon, Portugal) or remote (via Microsoft Teams).
Location: Quidgest Training Room (for in-person sessions).
Technical Requirements: Computers must have network access and a development environment installed
Resources: eLearning materials, theoretical documents, video tutorials, and practical exercises.
This course is the first level of the Genio certification program. Participants can pursue further training at advanced levels to deepen their expertise.
