This empowers European creativity and innovation to be safeguarded and commercially exploited, especially in deep tech sectors where IP is key to growth, investment, and global competitiveness.

About
The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) is the EU agency responsible for managing EU trademarks and registered Community designs. Based in Alicante, Spain, it provides IP protection across all EU member states through a single registration system. EUIPO also works to harmonize IP practices, combat counterfeiting, and raise awareness of intellectual property rights. It collaborates with national offices and oversees the EU Observatory on IP Infringements.
