Space Architecture

The Executive MBA Space Archtecture spans an arc between economics, engineering, architecture and other technical and social sciences, to space and back to Earth. In our Module Management & Technology Essentials, you will acquire a basic technical understanding and key business management qualifications to build up the ability to have a say and make decisions on general management issues against the background of technological developments. In the 9-day module Leadership & Organizational Behavior you will grow beyond yourself and get to know your leadership behavior in a new way. Experience and application-oriented learning as well as intensive exchange and interaction in small groups will raise your leadership competence to a new level and strengthen your self-image as a leader.

The specialization in the Masterclass Space Architecture – Life in Space on Earth expands your knowledge and know-how for future complex tasks in an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary field such as space, but also on Earth. The program prepares you for future requirements and challenge in this fast growing global market. You will gain specialized technical know-how and learn how to optimize the business processes of complex challenges. The critical, interdisciplinary and reflected exchange with experts from science and practice are a quality feature of this course.

Meet Astronauts in the Space Center Houston: An additional added value is the learning journeys to the University of Houston, Texas, and renowned European institutions such as the European Space Agency (ESA) as well as relevant supplier companies, e.g. Thales Alenia. In addition, you will receive unique first-hand insights from opinion leaders in space research and industry during private fireside chats in Texas.

45 teaching days in 3 semesters; classes are taught in a blocked format usually from Thurs-Sat or Fri-Sun, about every 4 weeks; start in March (summer semester) is possible
