Web Development Practitioner

This course aims for the training of individuals who want to specialise in the use of the modern WEB Application development features including the CMS, PHP, Graphics Design, Databases to work as a full-stack web developer. Upon completion of this module, you will be able to start to develop modern professional looks like web applications from scratch.

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Starting with HTML5, participants will learn the structure of web pages, common tags, and formatting techniques, building simple projects like a “coming soon” webpage and a personal CV. The course then introduces CSS for styling websites, covering inline, internal, and external styles, as well as advanced topics like responsive design, media, and navigation bars. In JavaScript, students will master basic concepts such as variables, data types, and loops, progressing to more advanced topics like DOM manipulation, AJAX, and geolocation. Practical projects will include interactive forms and dynamic website features. The course also covers Bootstrap 4, focusing on responsive design, navigation menus, modals, carousels, and other components. Participants will build websites from scratch, applying their skills to create fully functional, attractive web pages. Throughout the course, hands-on projects provide real-world experience, equipping students with the skills needed to create modern, professional websites.
