Our pledge
Our motivation for joining the Pledge is to actively contribute to the development of a skilled workforce in the deep tech and ICT sectors. At CENTIC RTO, we are committed to improving the technological and competitive capabilities of companies through innovation, R&D+i, and specialized training. By joining the Pledge, we aim to further enhance our role in facilitating knowledge transfer, fostering talent, and helping both individuals and businesses stay ahead in the rapidly evolving technological landscape.

About
CENTIC RTO is a non-profit business association focused on enhancing the technological and competitive capabilities of companies in the ICT sector. Through research, development, and innovation (R&D+i) projects, training, and technological and regulatory consulting, CENTIC drives the improvement of its members.

Its core objectives include fostering innovation, managing knowledge, increasing quality, promoting research, and advancing technological development to strengthen the competitive capacity of businesses in the technology and design sectors.

CENTIC’s initiatives include:

Research, development, and innovation (R&D+i).
Technological transfer and surveillance for member companies.
Technological consulting and advisory services.
Specialized technological training and certification.
Additionally, CENTIC collaborates with national and international entities to further its activities, strengthening institutional relations and facilitating the transfer of technology and knowledge between academia and business.

CENTIC RTO is also actively developing a wide range of training activities aimed at both employed workers and those who are unemployed or students seeking to update their skills. These specialized and innovative training actions are designed to meet the emerging needs for ICT specialization.

CENTIC’s training offerings are focused on technological specialization and updating, specifically targeted at the ICT sector. The association takes a proactive approach in identifying the needs of companies and aligning professional profiles with the latest technological demands. To deliver high-quality education, CENTIC relies on highly qualified professionals with extensive teaching experience.

The training provided by CENTIC is eligible for funding through the FUNDAE Foundation, in accordance with the current legislation (Law 30/2015, September 9), which regulates the Professional Training System for employment in the workplace.

Member companies of CENTIC benefit from significant discounts on all training activities, and special conditions are also available for individuals, particularly the unemployed and students.
