Our pledge
Datacraft is highly motivated to join the Pledge because we share the initiative’s vision of strengthening Europe’s deep tech talent pool and fostering innovation in AI and data science. Our goal is to bridge the deep tech skills gap and contribute to the development of a highly skilled workforce capable of driving the future of AI and data-driven technologies across industries.

By joining the Pledge, Datacraft aims to amplify our efforts in offering high-quality training and mentorship, as well as providing opportunities for networking and collaboration. We are actively engaged in developing and delivering training programs in key areas such as Generative AI and data science, with hundreds of professionals already benefiting from these courses. Our hands-on workshops, like the AI Generative Training, have directly empowered individuals to upskill and grow within these advanced technology fields.

Additionally, we organize a variety of events such as hackathons, tech seminars, and Learning Expeditions, which serve to connect professionals across Europe and foster collaboration in the deep tech space. These events provide participants with exposure to cutting-edge technologies and best practices, helping them grow their technical expertise and expand their networks.

Datacraft also places a strong emphasis on raising awareness about deep tech through activities like digital escape games and AI challenges that make complex AI concepts accessible to non-experts, thus fostering a broader understanding and appreciation of these technologies across industries.

Through our extensive network of over 51 member companies and 600+ freelancers, we facilitate cross-border collaborations, encouraging knowledge exchange and innovation. Our work directly contributes to the European Commission’s objective of building a competitive and skilled deep tech workforce.

Joining the Pledge will further enable us to expand our impact, collaborate with other like-minded organizations, and continue to develop the deep tech talent of tomorrow. We are excited to share our progress and resources with the Deep Tech Talent Initiative community and contribute to Europe’s leadership in AI and data technologies.

Datacraft is a leading organization committed to bridging the deep tech skills gap across Europe by empowering individuals and organizations through specialized training, mentoring, and networking opportunities in data science, AI, and emerging technologies. We focus on equipping professionals with the advanced skills needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving deep tech sector, aligning with the European Commission’s initiative to enhance the continent’s capacity in these transformative fields.

Through our unique Club model, inspired by mentoring, we gather data scientists, engineers, and AI experts to exchange best practices and collaborate on cutting-edge projects. In 2024 alone, Datacraft organized 67 workshops, engaging over 2,000 participants, helping individuals develop practical skills in deep tech. Our training programs include specialized courses in Generative AI, which have already trained hundreds of professionals. Additionally, we offer a series of events and initiatives that foster collaboration, including tech seminars, hackathons, and Learning Expeditions, which showcase the latest advancements in deep tech.

Datacraft also plays an active role in raising awareness of deep tech’s transformative potential. Through activities like digital escape games and our Gen AI Challenges, we make complex AI concepts accessible to non-experts, helping to build a broader understanding of these technologies across industries.

Our network, which includes over 51 member companies and more than 600 freelance experts, plays a crucial role in facilitating cross-border collaborations. By connecting startups, researchers, and businesses across Europe, we create a rich ecosystem for knowledge exchange, talent development, and innovation.
