Our pledge
Develhope’s main goal is to invest in areas characterized by high youth unemployment rates. For this reason Develhope offers “zero to hero” software development courses (with a focus on the full-stack environment) to unemployed young people who want to train in the tech field and launch their first career in tech. Moreover, Develhope also supports students in finding a job through his network of partner companies.

About
Develhope is the “pay when you get a job” coding School. We empower junior Software Developers with intensive 6-months bootcamps, 100% online, that students can repay back in installments only if and when they land a job after the training.

We employ an innovative educational and didactic approach called “flipped classroom”: each student can flexibly study through online pre-recorded video lessons and exercises on the Develhope’s e-learning platform, and attend practical tutoring sessions during the week (e.g., live coding, team projects).

80% of Develhope students find a job in less than 6 months from the course end, thanks for the support of a specialized Career & Placement Team of the School and +300 partner companies.
