Our pledge
Our Motivation to Join the Pledge

Junior Achievement Czech (JA Czech) is committed to equipping the next generation with critical skills for the future, including deep tech competencies. As the leading organization in entrepreneurship education for high school students in the Czech Republic, we recognize the growing importance of AI, robotics, and emerging technologies in shaping tomorrow’s workforce.

Our Contribution to the Deep Tech Talent Initiative:

Hackathons for High School Students – Each year, we organize several hackathons where students tackle real-world challenges using technology and entrepreneurial thinking. These events foster problem-solving skills, teamwork, and digital literacy.
Upcoming Robotics Competition (Fall 2025) – We are planning to launch a robotics competition that will provide students with hands-on experience in programming, automation, and engineering, preparing them for careers in deep tech industries.
AI Education for Teachers – We offer multiple courses on AI designed specifically for school teachers, ensuring that educators are well-equipped to teach the next generation about artificial intelligence and its applications.
EIT Entre4Youth Project Participation – As part of this EIT initiative, we contribute to deep tech and entrepreneurial education, ensuring that young people develop both technical skills and business acumen.
By joining the Deep Tech Talent Initiative, JA Czech aims to expand our efforts in fostering deep tech skills, strengthening collaboration across Europe, and ensuring that young people are prepared for the evolving job market.
