Our pledge
We join the Pledge to help bridge Europe’s deep tech skills gap through inclusive, experience-based learning. We host Erasmus+ groups and deliver structured training on AI, digital tools, and green tech. Insights gained from these activities are integrated into our regular courses. We also train our project partners and educators to ensure wider impact and long-term capacity building in deep tech education. We commit to training over 50 individuals by 2025 through EU-funded projects and strategic partnerships.

Schwerpunkt Zentrum GmbH is a Düsseldorf-based training and consultancy provider specializing in digital transformation, green skills, and education. Reaching over 300 learners annually, we offer structured programs in AI, digital tools, and sustainability for both educators and youth. We actively contribute to Europe’s deep tech talent pipeline through inclusive, practice-based training, Erasmus+ projects, and international partnerships. Our approach integrates hands-on experience, capacity building, and knowledge transfer to equip individuals with the skills needed for the future of work.
