UP School’s Pledge to Close the Gender and Talent Gap in Deep Tech
At UP School, we are committed to closing the gender and talent gap in deep tech by providing free, high-quality AI education to underrepresented groups. We believe that AI has the power to either deepen inequalities or drive inclusion—and we choose to shape it for the better.

Women and marginalized communities often face barriers in accessing AI education, limiting their opportunities in the industry. To change this, we provide accessible AI training, mentorship, and career support through programs like our AI-First Developer Program and our UP AI Growth Companion mobile app, designed to help individuals integrate AI into their professional and personal growth.

As part of the Deep Tech Talent Initiative, UP School pledges to:

Deliver free AI training to thousands of women and underrepresented groups.
Break down barriers to deep tech careers through mentorship, scholarships, and career support.
Ensure AI is used for equality, not exclusion, by equipping diverse talent with the tools to shape its future.
To date, UP School has trained over 4.000 women in AI, helping them launch careers in deep tech. With our UP AI Growth Companion app, we are scaling our impact, making AI education and career development more accessible than ever.
