Our pledge
The present knowledge of applied AI in the Flemish business community, non-profit sector and government is still too limited. VAIA pledges to providing professionals the necessary information and skills to incorporate technological innovations into their work. Joining the EIT pledge allows us to tap into the European knowledge network, to feed our own developments and to inspire other organisations in Europe.
Some of the actions of VAIA to encourage AI upskilling:

→ participation in the Elements of AI knowledge sharing sessions to inspire other European AI training organisations with the examples from Flanders

About
VAIA accelerates AI adoption in Flemish companies and organisations by helping training organisations to tailor their courses to meet current and future AI needs. Among our activities we cocreate online courses about AI for professionals (Healthcare, humanities) available in English and free for everybody in Europe. As a bridge-builder, we facilitate the smooth exchange of AI knowledge between academics and businesses and connect with international educational practices, use cases and experts. As a Pledger of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative, we commit to promoting inclusive, lifelong learning in AI, helping equip the Flemish workforce with future-ready skills.
