Our motivation to join the Pledge is rooted in our commitment to foster diversity and inclusion in deep tech. At Women Lead, we empower women by providing accessible, high‑quality digital and tech training in Southern Italy. Our flagship initiative, the Women Lead AI bootcamp, offers an intensive, hands‑on learning experience where participants develop AI prototypes from scratch in less than 48 hours. This, along with our mentoring programs, workshops, and community networking events, exemplifies our contribution to building a more inclusive pool of deep tech talent.
