Our pledge
ZONE Cluster is committed to sustainability and bridging the skills gap for the green transition and therefore it is an important step to join the Deep Tech Talent Pledge. We identify key competency gaps and design specialized training programs to equip individuals with the skills needed for the green mobility transition. Our sector-specific programs cover EVs, hydrogen solutions, CCAM, urban mobility systems, micro-mobility, and MaaS, ensuring a skilled workforce for the future.

ZONE Cluster is an organization focusing on providing education, in-company training, and funding opportunities, particularly in EVs and deep tech. The training topics include, EV High-Voltage Systems, Innovation Through Design Thinking, ESG and Autonomous Driving. ZONE has a vast network of educational institutions at all levels and is committed to the Deep Tech Talent Pledge, aiming to train individuals in deep tech skills and support stakeholders in achieving their sustainability goals.
