This executive course is designed to facilitate efficient and constructive communication between technical and non-technical teams, emphasising the importance of psychology in building a common language and mutual understanding. Participants will explore how deep tech tools and solutions, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), and Machine Learning (ML), can serve as communication bridges, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and innovation within the organisation.
The course curriculum is structured to systematically develop learners’ deep tech skills through a series of modules. Approximately 80% of the total learning hours are explicitly dedicated to deep tech concepts and their application.

Modules:
1. Foundations of Deep Tech Communication (6 hours):
Introduction to deep tech domains and terminology, including AI, ML, VR/AR, and Data Analytics.
Understanding communication challenges specific to deep tech contexts.
Differentiating technical and non-technical language in deep tech environments.

2. Technical Proficiency for Effective Communication (12 hours):
Mastery of technical concepts relevant to deep tech fields, focusing on AI, ML, VR/AR, and Data Analytics.
Practical exercises and role-play scenarios to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.

3.  Utilising Deep Tech Tools and Platforms (10 hours):
Hands-on experience with specialised tools used in deep tech environments, including AI, ML, VR/AR, and Data Analytics platforms.
Best practices for utilising digital channels for technical communication.

4. Data Communication and Visualization in Deep Tech (8 hours):
Effective communication of data insights and analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
Visualisation techniques for presenting complex technical data in an understandable format.

5. Collaboration and Project Management in Deep Tech Teams (8 hours):
Strategies for effective collaboration within technical teams, leveraging deep tech tools.
Project management methodologies tailored to deep tech projects.

6. Hybrid Communication Strategies in Deep Tech Environments (6 hours):
Integrating online and face-to-face communication in technical projects, utilising deep tech solutions.
Addressing challenges of hybrid communication in distributed deep tech teams.

7. Implementation and Monitoring of Deep Tech Communication Strategies (6 hours):
Developing action plans to improve communication within deep tech projects, incorporating deep tech tools.
