Ingenjör4.0 is an online module-based upskilling programme for future manufacturing developed in cooperation by 13 Swedish Universities. The programme enables professionals with an engineering background to engage in customized upskilling in parallel with regular work. The fast digitalization in industry creates new opportunities and increased competitiveness. Industry 4.0 has been recognized by the European Environment Agency as an enabler for increased circularity and thereby increase sustainability in production. But the potentials also bring new demands on skills and knowledge among the professionals. Ingenjör4.0 is a unique, module-based upskilling programme that enables professionals with an engineering background to engage in customized upskilling in parallel with regular work.
