Our pledge
We want to further increase the access to our learning platform to more universities in Europe. Our focus is to make the learning platform more accessible to universities, by developing a joint training program that will enable students and adult learners to use the platform as a test bed for cybersecurity training.

About
The SIEMBIOT Cyber-Academy platform provides an educational tool for academic and high school environments in the field of cybersecurity, enhancing existing teaching methods by offering a virtual laboratory based on real and anonymized data.

Security events collected from multiple companies and industries are anonymized and stored in a data lake, which can be used to train students and cybersecurity specialists. The platform can also be utilized for research and development of new detection and prevention techniques. Universities can leverage the platform as a teaching and research tool, facilitating the development of new preventive/proactive detection techniques and methods, courses, quizzes, and more.

Each educational institution can enroll students, assign courses and labs (cyber playground), and create new courses and exercises.

Students and master’s candidates will gain real-world knowledge and hands-on experience, working with continuously collected security events from the SIEMBIOT SOCaaS infrastructure. The platform is constantly evolving based on feedback from our partners.

We believe that a partnership with the academic environment will enhance the value of the project and improve teaching, testing, and research methods.
